第1章 结构概述
Luminary Micro Stellaris®系列微控制器是首款基于 ARM® CortexTM-M3 的控制器,它
将高性能的 32 位计算引入到对价格敏感的嵌入式微控制器应用中。这些堪称先锋的器件,
价格与 8 位和 16 位器件相同,却能为用户提供 32 位器件的性能,并且所有器件都是以小
型封装的形式提供。
Stellaris 系列的 LM3S615 微控制器拥有 ARM 微控制器所具有的众多优点,如拥有广
泛使用的开发工具,片上系统(SoC)的底层结构 IP 的应用,以及众多的用户群体。此外,
控制器还采用了 ARM 可兼容 Thumb®的 Thumb-2 指令集来降低内存的需求量,进而降低
成本。
Luminary Micro 提供了一套完整的解决方案以便快速打入市场,其中包括了用户开发
板、白皮书和应用手册,以及强大的支持、销售和分销商网络。

LM3S615 微控制器包含以下的产品特性:

- 集成了嵌套向量中断控制器(NVIC)以提供明确的中断处理
- 29 个中断,带 8 个优先级
- 存储器保护单元(MPU)为受保护的操作系统功能提供了一种特权模式
- 非对齐式的数据访问,使数据可以有效地压入内存
- 极细微的位元处理操作(atomic bit-banding)可最大限度地使用内存,并且提供
精简(streamlined)的外设控制
