江苏省电力公司转发国家电网公司关于印发
《输变电设备状态检修试验规程》
等 8 项标准的通知
各市供电公司,各监理单位,经研院,电科院,方天公司:
近期,国家电网公司印发了《输变电设备状态检修试验规程》
等 8 项技术标准,现予以转发。结合公司设备运检管理现状,对
国 家 电 网 公 司 印 发 的 《 输 变 电 设 备 状 态 检 修 试 验 规 程 》
(Q/GDW1168—2013)做如下补充说明:
一、输电方面
1. 调整接地电阻测量基准周期:
(1)省内重要输电通道线路为 2 年;
(2)多雷区、强雷区内的 500kV 及以上线路为 3 年;

(3)中雷区及以下地区的 500kV 及以上线路为 4 年;
(4)220kV 及以上大跨越杆塔和 2km 进线保护段杆塔的检测
基准周期为 1 年;
(5)110kV 及以下大跨越杆塔和 2km 进线保护段杆塔的检测
基准周期为 2 年。
2. 输电线路红外检测周期:
(1)省内重要输电通道红外检测每年不少于二次;
(2)220kV 及以上线路红外检测每年不少于一次,时间宜安
排在 4-5 月;
(3)110kV 及以下线路红外检测每三年不少于一次。
注:重要输电通道包括
(1)特高压交、直流线路通道;
(2)500kV 跨区联络线;
(3)核电送出线路;
(4)阳城电厂送出线路;
(5)省内 500kV 骨干网架其他线路。
二、变电方面
1. 变压器真空有载分接开关例行试验中增加油色谱检测项
目,基准周期半年。
2. 35kV 电磁式电压互感器例行试验中增加绝缘电阻、绕组介
损测试项目,基准周期六年,要求参照 110kV 电磁式电压互感器。
3. 35kV 电磁式电压互感器例行试验中增加油色谱检测项目,

基准周期三年,要求参照 110kV 电磁式电压互感器。
4. 35kV 电容式电压互感器例行试验中增加分压电容器试验、
二次绕组绝缘电阻试验项目,基准周期六年,要求参照 110kV 电
容式电压互感器。
5. 35kV 电流互感器例行试验中增加绝缘电阻、绕组介损测试
项目,基准周期六年,绝缘电阻要求参照 110kV 电流互感器,绕
组介损注意值为 0.035。
6. 调整油浸式变压器(电抗器)本体油色谱和绝缘油试验基
准周期:
(1)油色谱
220kV 及以上:3 个月;110kV:6 个月;35kV:12 个月。
(2)绝缘油试验
220kV 及以上:1 年;110kV:2 年;35kV:3 年。
7. 变压器油浸式有载分接开关绝缘油耐压试验基准周期调
整为一年。
8. 变电站、线路绝缘子污秽度评估(即空挂绝缘子盐密灰密
测量)基准周期调整为一年。
三、其他事项
1. 请 各 单 位 依 据 《 输 变 电 设 备 状 态 检 修 试 验 规 程 》
(Q/GDW1168—2013)及公司相关补充说明,认真做好输变电设
备试验项目及周期的梳理工作,及时完善 pms 中相关数据信息,
杜绝失修及漏修情况发生。

2. 原《输变电设备交接和状态检修试验规程》(标准号:QGDW-
10-J206-2010)自新标准发布之日起废止,请认真贯彻执行。

按照公司《标准化工作导则》(国家电网企管〔2012〕204
号)标准发布有关规定,《输变电设备状态检修试验规程》等 8
项技术标准(详见附件)已经通过审查,批准为国家电网公司标
准,现予发布,自发布之日起实施。
原标准《输变电设备状态检修试验规程》(标准号:Q/GDW 168
—2008)自新标准发布之日起废止。
