Note: This phone supports apps and services that use a lot of data, so make sure your data plan meets your needs. Contact your service provider for details. Controls a few essentials Wi-Fi connect To use a Wi-Fi network for even faster Internet access, touch the status bar at the top of the home screen and drag it down. Touch the Wi-Fi networks available notification to select a network. You can also touch Apps > SCAN to search for and connect to wireless networks. There’s more in “Wi-Fi networks” on page 35. Lock, UNLOCK, on, & off To lock the screen, press the Power key, or let the screen time out (don’t press anything). To unlock the screen, press the Power key, then touch and flick to . To make your touchscreen sleep or wake up, just press the Power key. To change how long your phone waits before the screen goes to sleep automatically, touch Settings > Display > Sleep.
