Log in once and you’re always connected, even after you restart your phone. UPDATE YOUR FACEBOOK STATUS 1. LOG IN TO FACEBOOK  Select Facebook from the Switcher. If this is the first time you launch Facebook, you’ll be asked to log in. 2. ENTER YOUR STATUS  Scroll up and select your Profile. Select Edit to enter your new status message and Done to send it. 3. YOUR STATUS IS LIVE It’s that simple. How about taking a photo and sending it straight to Facebook? Sign in once and stay connected. SEND A TWEET 1. SIGN IN TO TWITTER Select Twitter from the Switcher. If this is the first time you’ve launched Twitter, you’ll be asked to sign in. 2. WRITE YOUR TWEET On your Twitter home screen, scroll to What are you doing? Select it. Enter your Tweet in the popup screen and select Update. 3. GET TWITTER ON YOUR HOME  SCREEN With the Twitter widget you’ll never miss an important Tweet. Set it by scrolling Up on the Home screen and selecting Options > Manage  Widgets > Twitter. EMAIL  Set up your INQ Chat 3G to receive email automatically when you're out and about. GET STARTED WITH EMAIL GET STARTED WITH EMAIL @ i n q m o b i l e . c o m CHECK EMAIL ON THE GO With Gmail on your INQ Chat 3G, you'll see each new email as it arrives - all you need to do is log in. Other accounts, such as Hotmail and Yahoo, will deliver all new email at set intervals. MAKE EMAIL WORK FOR YOU Select Options > Settings > Downloading to change download settings to suit you. Here you can set how often messages are downloaded - less often will make your battery last longer. LET YOUR EMAILS FIND YOU It's that easy. With Push email, you'll see notifications every time you receive a new message to make sure you're always in the know. Get even closer to your Google Mail, Yahoo! Mail and Hotmail contacts: simply add them to your phone's address book. ADD GMAIL CONTACTS TO YOUR  ADDRESS BOOK 1.  SET UP YOUR ACCOUNT Select Email from the Switcher. Select an account, or if this is the first time you’ve used email on your INQ Chat 3G, follow the simple steps to set up your Gmail account. 2. SEND AN EMAIL To write a new email, select Create  new email and type the recipient’s email address into the To box. Add your email subject and text before selecting Send. 3. ADD CONTACTS AS YOU GO If the recipient is not already listed in your phone's address book, you'll be asked if you want to add their email address as a new or existing contact. i n q m o b i l e . c o m i n q m o b i l e . c o m Link a friend’s Facebook profile with their mobile number on your phone to see their picture when they call. ADD FACEBOOK PHOTOS TO YOUR  CONTACTS 1. IMPORT YOUR FACEBOOK    CONTACTS Select Contacts from the Switcher and open Options. Select Facebook and Edit sync list to synchronise your Facebook contacts to your phone.  2. OPEN YOUR CONTACTS To merge a friend’s profile with their mobile number, select Contacts from the Switcher and select Options. Scroll down and select Merge contacts. 3. MERGE     Scroll to the entries you want to link and select Mark for each. Then select Done and the name you want to keep. SWITCH BETWEEN TASKS QUICKLY 1. SCROLL WITH SWITCHER Press the Switcher, or the left and right keys, to scroll through apps and services on the Home screen. i n q m o b i l e . c o m 2. USE SWITCHER ANYWHERE Browsing Facebook and found something you can’t wait to Tweet about? SET YOUR WIDGETS  1. VIEW WIDGETS Scroll up from the Home screen. Select Options > Manage Widgets to go to the widgets menu. 2. CHOOSE YOUR WIDGETS In the widgets menu, scroll to the widget you want to add and Select. You can choose up to three widgets for your Home screen. Then select Done to see how they look. 3. USE YOUR WIDGETS Highlight your widgets by scrolling up on the Home screen. i n q m o b i l e . c o m Use your phone as a modem for your laptop when you’re out and about. (Subject to your network operator allowing this service). GET ONLINE ON  YOUR PC OR MAC 1. PLUG IN YOUR PHONE Use the USB cable to connect your phone to your PC or Mac. Double click the Mobile Modem icon and follow the instructions. 2. CONNECT USB MODEM  The Mobile Modem software will start when the installation is complete. Then press Connect on your computer screen. 3. OPEN YOUR BROWSER Once connected, you can visit any website or check your email as you would from a landline internet connection. DOUBLETWIST Move all your favourite music, photos and videos on to your INQ Chat 3G memory card with doubleTwist. ADD MUSIC TO YOUR PHONE 1. OPEN DOUBLETWIST Open the doubleTwist application on your computer. Mac users will need to select Yes on their phone when asked Would you like to  transfer files directly to and from your  memory card?. 3. DRAG AND DROP FILES Click on your computer’s music library and choose the tracks you want to transfer. Then drag and drop them into the INQ Chat 3G menu on the left of the screen. File types will be converted automatically. CHAT USING WINDOWS LIVE  MESSENGER 1. OPEN MESSENGER Select Messenger from the Switcher. If this is the first time you’ve launched Messenger, you will need to sign in. If you don’t already have a Windows Live ID, you can create one by going to http://home.live.com. 2. FIND YOUR CONTACTS When you sign in, your online and offline contacts will be loaded to the contact list. To add new contacts, select Options > Add New Contact. 3. START A CONVERSATION To start a chat, scroll to the online contact in your contact list. Select the contact to open a new chat screen. TRANSFORM YOUR INQ CHAT 3G i n q m o b i l e . c o m CHOOSE A BACK COVER Decide how you want your INQ Chat 3G to look by picking a cover from the full range on www.inqmobile.com/covers  REMOVE YOUR BATTERY COVER Once you have your new cover, remove your existing battery cover by putting your palm flat on the cover and pushing it up. It should then lift off. FIT YOUR NEW COVER Place the new cover on the back of the phone and slide it down to lock it into place. Now you’re good to go.
