Cellphone etiquette ■ Weak radio waves are emitted from cellphones at all times even if you just turn the power on. ■ Enjoy and safely use your cellphone without forgetting those around you. ● Use of cellphones is not allowed in some places. • Do not use cellphones while you are driving. Doing so is both dangerous and forbidden by law. • Radio waves may interfere with airplane operation. Be sure to turn your cellphone off before you board airplanes. ● Radio waves from cellphones may adversely influence medical apparatus and equipment. • Some people close to you in busy places such as crowded trains may be using a pacemaker. Turn your cellphone off in such places. • Abide by the instructions of hospitals and other medical institutions where it is forbidden to use or carry cellphones. Reception ● Consider where to use your cellphone and be careful of how loudly you talk. • Do not make calls from cinemas, theaters, museums, libraries and other similar places.
