元件制作方法:以 Multisim 为例:
打开“工具”中的“元件向导”在元件名中键入 ss8550,
点下一步后,点选择封装
因为 8550 是三极管,所以选择 TO-90 封装,再点选择
选择引脚数为 3,懂的,再点下一步。
因为要选择三极管电路符号,再点从数据库复制
随便找一个 PNP 的三极管,后点确定
