1 简 介
ST75256 是一个用于 4 级灰度图形点阵液晶显示系统的驱动和控制器的大规
模集成电路(LSI),包含 256 段和 162 个公用段。芯片可以通过 8 位并行(8080-series
or 6800-series type)、4 线串行和 I2C 多种方式与微处理器相连。显示数据存储在
片内 RAM(DDRAM),可以在没有外部时钟的情况下进行读写 RAM 操作,功耗最
低 。此外,LCD 系统的所有必须电路全部内建,可以构造一个具有最少组件的
LCD 显示系统。

7 功能描述
7.1 微处理器接口
7.1.1 芯片选择输入
CSB 引脚用于芯片选择。CSB 为“L”时,ST75256 可以和 MPU 连接。如果
为“H”,A0,ERD 和 RWR 的任何输入组合会背忽略,D[7:0]为高阻。在 4 线接口
和 I2C 接口模式下,CSB 为“H”,则内部移位寄存器和串行计数器复位。
7.1.2 并行/串行接口
