中文摘要 摘 要 刀具作为车间生产资源的重要组成部分,在车间生产过程中发挥着重要作用。 长期以来,由于刀具品种繁多、数量庞大、价格昂贵、参数繁多、组件复杂、借 入借出频繁,企业车间缺乏对刀具的有效管理。随着信息化技术、网络技术和数 控技术等技术的发展和与制造业的不断结合,传统的制造业观念和生产组织方式 正发生变化,多品种小批量生产以成为制造业的主要生产模式,普通的机加车间 也正向着数字化车间的生产模式发展。而在数字化车间中,由于大量数控机床和 加工中心,以及大量信息化系统和车间硬件的应用,传统的人工的刀具管理方式 已无法适应于数字化车间运行环境,缺乏高效可靠的刀具管理系统必将严重阻碍 数字化车间的运行和发展。尽管国内外针对刀具管理及刀具管理系统的研究取得 了不错的成绩,但对于数字化车间而言仍存在问题:数字化车间刀具寿命如何进 行预测;车间刀具如何结合设备进行综合调度等。 因此,本论文针对刀具管理的发展现状,以及数字化车间对刀具管理的需求, 探索数字化车间刀具管理模式,解决了刀具管理的部分关键技术,从而研究和开 发一套适用于数字化车间刀具管理系统,以帮助企业提高车间刀具管理水平,促 进车间刀具信息的集成和有效管理,提升数字化车间运行效率。 首先建立了数字化车间刀具管理模式,在对数字化车间对刀具管理需求和特 点研究的基础上,搭建了数字化车间刀具管理模式的总体框架,并分析了其运行 流程。重点研究了刀具寿命预测和刀具调度两大关键技术,提出了结合刀具自身 参数和加工参数的刀具寿命预测模型,以便对刀具进行预防性维护,同时根据刀 具寿命的预测,确保刀具调度方案的可行性;建立了数字化车间环境下机床和刀 具的双资源调度模型,区别了普通机床和加工中心,实现了不同类别设备下的工 步备刀,实现了数字化车间刀具的有效调度。 然后设计并开发了一套数字化车间刀具管理系统,实现了刀具基础信息管理、 刀具库存管理、刀具计划调度管理、刀具成本管理、刀具寿命管理与刀具统计等 功能。 最后将设计开发的数字化车间刀具管理系统在重庆红江机械制造有限公司的 数字化车间进行了应用,帮助企业优化和标准化刀具管理流程,取得了良好的应 用效果。 关键词:数字化车间,刀具管理,刀具寿命,刀具调度,系统设计 I

英文摘要 ABSTRACT Tools are an important resources in production system and play a vital role in production process. For a long time, due to a wide variety of features of cutting tools including huge number, expensive prices, lots of parameters, complex components, frequent borrowing and lending, most enterprises is unable to perform an effective management of the tool. With the development of information technology, network technology and digit control technique and their combination and application in manufacturing industry, the management concept and production organization of traditional manufacturing industry are being transformed. Multi varieties and small batch are becoming the main production mode in manufacturing industry and ordinary machine workshop is developed toward the model of digital workshop production. And in digital workshop, due to the wide applications of large numbers of CNC, machining center, and management information systems, traditional manual tool management mode has been unable to adapt to the running environment of the digital workshop. The lack of efficient and reliable tool management system would seriously hamper the operation and development of digital workshop. Although the research on tool management and tool management system at home and abroad have made good progress, but there still exist several problems of their application in the digital workshop: how to predict tool life under the environment of digital workshop; how to conduct shop scheduling considering both equipment and tools. Therefore, based on the current development and research status of tool management, this paper aims at tool management requirements in digital workshop and studies tool management mode in digital workshop and solves several key technologies of tool management. On this basis, a tool management system applicable to digital workshop is designed and developed to help enterprises to improve tool management level and promote the integration of tool information with other information, therefore improving the running efficiency of digital workshop. First, the digital workshop tool management mode is explored, based on the research of tool management needs and characteristics of the digital workshop, to build a framework of digital workshop tool management. 重庆大学硕士学位论文 combines with the tool itself parameters and processing parameters is proposed, in order to carry out preventive maintenance for tool and ensure the feasibility of tool scheduling scheme according tool life prediction; the digital workshop integrated scheduling model based on the work and tool flow is designed, aims to achieve an effective scheduling of digital workshop tools. Then a digital workshop tool management system is designed and developed to realize the functions: the basic information management of tool, inventory management of tool, planning and scheduling management of tool, cost management of tool, life management of tool and statistics management of tool. Finally, the digital workshop tool management system has been applied in a digital workshops of Chongqing Hongjiang Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. to help company optimize and standardize the tool management processes, and achieved good effect.
