GLOSSARY Outgoing call A call made from your phone. Incoming call A call received by your phone. SIM card The card containing your subscription and access rights to services. The detachable part is the “micro-SIM”. The personal code linked to your SIM card. The second personal code linked to your SIM card to access certain functions (*).
