注意 ■首次打开电源时的注意事项 1. 打开电源之前请检查电缆连接。 2.将终端电阻(220Ω)连接到控制器各轴与终轴通讯用的连接器(COM 接口)上。 不过,如果 仅使用一个轴,则不必安装终端电阻。 3. 打开电源后,按“Fn. 12 No. 3”输入 GSSW 控制器的 SIO 卫星站地址设置。 如果不输入此设 置,就无法建立 SIO 通讯。 在 PIO 的情况下不必设置。 4. 请务必从面板部分按“Fn.01 No. 26”设置轴的设置,以使 GSSW 控制器的驱动器能识别轴号。 (如果不设置轴号,就无法从设置用的个人计算机通讯。) *更换设备后必须设置轴号。 5.检查“Fn. 03 No. 1”中的测量值,以确认零点。 6. 完成上述内容后,输入设置或进行其他操作。 GIKO 系统专用于 GIKEN 螺母紧固机系统 - 2 -

1 系统概述 新型扭矩控制系统“GSSW”是一种扭矩控制式螺母紧固机系统,可以使用各种紧固方法, 适于多种类型的紧固对象。 本系统指定名称为 GSSW(Giken 单系统 W),可分为控制器部分、交流螺母紧固机部 分和 IF 单元部分(接口)。 控制器部分 紧固精度: 3σ±2% 集 GSS 系列传统 GFC 控制器、电源和驱动放大器三者于一体的小型化设计。 在该系 列中,GSSW 用一个控制器控制两个轴。 由紧固程序设置转数和扭矩控制,便于实现多种紧固方式。 位置控制和扭矩控制合二为一的高速、高精度紧固控制。 自我诊断功能,可在前端 LED 显示器上显示程序号、操作状态和报警信息。 提供两种紧固程序设置方法: 从设置用个人计算机输入的方法,以及从控制器前面板输 入的方法。 由于安装了自动设置和输入功能,即使初学者也可以轻松地设置和输入。 交流螺母紧固机部分 交流螺母紧固机的扭矩传感器在 ANC 系列中已有经得住时间考验的结果,现在其可靠 性又有所提高。 可以在从低转速到高转速的范围内随意设置转数。 扭矩范围大,从低扭矩到高扭矩,具有多种范围类型。 IF 单元部分 IF 单元是与顺序器、显示器、设置用个人计算机和打印机等外部设备通讯的通讯设备。 通过将用于设置的个人计算机与 IF 单元连接,GSSW 可以检测设置数据和紧固结果等 有关紧固控制的信息。 通过连接到打印机,无须将设置结果和紧固结果等数据输入个人计算机即可检测信息。 通讯设置适用于 PIO 和 SIO 两种规范。 一套控制器始终要有一个 IF 单元。 GIKO 系统专用于 GIKEN 螺母紧固机系统 - 7 -
