2012 年 12 月剑桥商务英语 BEC 考试真题回忆 2012 年 12 月 BEC 初级真题回忆：小作文：写一个 note。你一个同事不在办公室，接到一个他的电话，写个留言给他。要写是谁来电者是谁，有什么事情，怎样联系留言者。大作文：有个包装和派送的公司的广告，根据广告写出：1）你是在哪里看到这段广告；2）你的公司是做什么的；3）他们的服务会给你公司带来什么好处；4）寻求更多的资讯。听力部分： Part2: 是听 MBA 的广告稿子之类的东东吧，好像稿子有很多数字错了，要改成对的，所以一堆的数字，把 XX 改成 XX。 Part4: 是对一个男的采访，他是个创业成功者，产品是 CAR 里面的什么 STICK？刚开始和银行借钱没成功，后来跟朋友借钱。口语部分： Part1: 1.问你叫什么名字啊，来自哪个学校什么的，还问了喜欢到大公司工作还是小公司。 2.简单问你叫什么名字，是在工作还是学习，对同事经常聚会及增进同事感情联系得重要性答复。 Part2: 1.我选的是 topic B： what is important to improving customer relation？（1） having meeting （2）offering discount （3）giving gift。 2.我选的是：订机票时哪个重要：1.舒适度 2.起飞时间 3.机场的距离。 Part3：

当你创建一个新公司时候，需要优先考虑哪几方面，选 3 个，我和 PARTNER 选了资金、管理和市场。 2012 年 12 月 BEC 中级真题回忆：阅读部分： Part1: 1.新西兰有名的乳业公司的发展。 2.好像讲的是公司策略什么的，A 是某公司开始从生物科技向什么方向逐渐转型吧。 Part2: 1.IT 行业需要知道消费者的需求。 Part3: 1.讲诉一个公司由于没找好领导而频临破产，最后又起死回生的事儿。 2. 第三部分是谁谁谁担任某公司 CEO，然后业绩不好还是怎样，最后董事会让他做 chairman 了。 Part4: 1.完型：MBA 专业薪金看涨 2.完型感觉考的是词汇搭配，说的是考 MBA 的人越来越多，他们付出的钱和日后赚的钱比较，还说什么大型公司招聘的时候，比较喜欢招聘具有 MBA 能力的人，记得一个 cost 后面填的就不知道应该是 overcome 还是 overbalance，还有一个是绝大多数的表达 a（） marjority of 选项是 expand wide vast big。写作部分：小作文： You are a human resouce management.Your company needs 3 staff to work at its Head Office for 6 months. *explaning why the staff are needed at the Head Office *saying what the work will involve

*telling staff what to do if they are interested 大作文： 1.写作第二题是回一封邮件。大致意思是我们公司要买 security computer software，有个叫 paul 的 sales manager 毛遂自荐说他们公司的产品好，然后我要回信给他们问 software 是否适用于所有 computer，然后对他们产品 24 小时服务的这个 feature 很满意，要问他们打几折，然后与 paul 约时间再进行深入的了解做生意。 2.The company you work for would like to buy some internet security software. Below is a letter you have received from Paul Heaton at TK plus, a software company that you have contacted. I understand your company is interested in buying (Yes ---say why )TK Plus Internet security software. (suggest date ) Yours sincerely 听力部分： Part1: 1.记得第一题的部分答案，第一个好像有 sales clerk，telephone skills， flexible time 好像后面还有什么 subject presentation，profits 2. 一旅行社工作男的到职业介绍所寻找电话沟通能力强的求职者。 3. 第一题有 special promotion, sales clerk, telephone skills, flexible hours。 Part2:

1.好像询问是机器情况的事儿。 2.第二题好像有 machinery, stock, profits, export reports。 Part3: 1.留言，询问国外建厂的。 2. 第三题好像是 official approval, canteen, inspection, project presentation。 Part6: 1.一男的讲诉自己如何在某公司搞设计发展而后有跳槽的事业发展历程。口语部分： Part1: 1.name, hometown, work or student 然后是几个关于 IT 的问题，你认为 IT 对公司是否重要，公司是否应该专门聘请 IT 员工等等。 2.关于 IT 带给我们的影响，企业是否需要 IT 人才，企业是否需要培训员工电脑技能。 3. what's your full name, where is your hometown, what's your major, and what's your favourate subject.紧接着就是一个简答题，貌似是关于 temporary staff, 好像问我的 partner 的问题是你做过临时工没，然后问我是你觉得临时工能不能替代正式工。 4.就问问你最喜欢的科目是什么，我就说了几句，再说了两点理由就结束了。然后就问你觉得招聘时具有 IT 能力的员工好么，我就回答了几句 with the development 什么的。 Part2: 1.我选的是 dealing with falling sales，给的两个观点是 new products 和与其他公司合作；partner 的 topic 是在国外工作你注重什么，给的是 payment 和 job security。 2. What is important when choosing a conference centre? 给的提示有 Location;Facilities 3. 工作一段时间后最重要的是什么？要点是休息，和适当的活动。

4. what is the most important when you working at a multicultural company，两个提示是：cultural awareness, team buiding。 5. what is important when organizing a production presentation:Staff,Location，我加了一个 good preparation。 6. what is important when replying customer’s complaint effectively…… apologize，find the problem。我补充了一个 attitude。 7.我选的是 what is important when selling a com pany? 上面的两点 timing potential buyers，就说完两点已经木有时间了。 Part3: 1.你们公司的员工少了，所以很多办公室都空着，讨论如何利用这些 space，以及 move to smaller office 的优缺点。之后的提问是你愿意在 bigger office or smaller office 工作；问 partner 的是 do you think it's important for all the staff to have their own desk。 2.本地的商店之类的要弄活动吸引外地人来。问弄什么活动，怎么让别人知道这个活动。 3. 公司打算搬到一个更小的办公室去，你觉得有必要吗？优点和缺点是什么？ 4. 你们公司将要在国外开一个分公司，并且组织一个小组到国外实习三个月，讨论的问题是：选择去国外的人有什么要求，在他们出国之前我们该如何鼓励他们。 5.when your company first set a team abroad what are you considering about the people who you will choose and how to managing them。针对这个 discussion，对 2 个人的提问，我只记得我的是 do you think the leader’s 能力（忘词了，反正不是 ability） is importand in a team. 6.第三部分是举办一个什么活动然后 attract customers to our town，要讨论的问题是 what activities 还有一个忘了，问我的问题 Do you think it will be a problem to attract people to the ……(活动忘了)。 7.讨论说的大概是设计衣服需要把什么列在目录里面，还有一个是说怎么让自己的顾客知道消息。 2012 年 12 月 BEC 高级真题回忆：第一部分你是学生还是工作了，介绍一下你的 studies。。

你觉得中国的商务活动在哪些地方变得 informal 了。。第二部分我选的是 A，start up a business 的时候要注意什么。第三部分是，你们的公司要 launch a scheme: "employee of the month"。。怎么选择，怎么向员工推广~ 第二部分我选了 sposoring high-profile event 的重要性 discussion 是关于 staff turnover 第一个问题记不清楚了第二个是如何留住员工第一部分一样第二部分是在雇佣员工时应该谁面试第三部分是给一个旅游公司提意见，订单少。口语第一个问我从哪来，学校是哪个和 ideal job，第二个是 how to get promotion rapid，第三个是关于 travelling agency 的 how to find out the reasons of booking lose 和 how to improve 希望有点帮助 where are you from .which part of your study or work do you like .第三部分是 competitor 降价了，我们是不是也要降价。以及除了降价还有什么措施 1.先问了下是学生还是工作，我还是学生，然后就问了专业是什么，对什么最感兴趣。还有一个问题具体是什么没听懂，好像有关中国经济吧，partner 是被问到对自己的职业规划 2.与供应商建立好的关系的重要性 3.假设你是一个旅游公司，但是你们公司的业绩一直下滑 a 什么原因 b 有什么措施改善第一部分，study 情况

第二部分，我选的是 achieve rapid promotion in company 第三部分，什么 environment friendly, green plan~~~(+﹏+)~啊啊啊~还没讲完就被收掉了 part 1: 介绍下学习或工作情况，最喜欢自己专业的什么方面。描述下中国近些年来 consumer behavior 发生的变化。搭档的是介绍下自己未来的发展规划。未来中国哪方面的 business 会得到更大的发展。 part 2: 搭档的卡上写了些什么题目不清楚，只知道她选的是 how to achieve effective business administration 我的卡上的题目分别是：A. how to get promoted in a company B. financial planning 还有一个就记不清了 sorry... part 3：your manufacturing company is going to recruit a manager from the existing workforce. A. how to make employees know the selection decision B. what pocedure should be set to ensure that the suitable person has been selected. follow-on questions: 当 manager 最难得是什么搭档的是对于新 manager，introduction program 有没有必要 Part1: What's your name and where are you from? Can you tell me something about your work/study and waht do you like most? Part2: The importance of a company to monitor the stress level of the staff? Part3: You comapany is going to establish a system of selecting "the mounthy employee". Q1: How to select "the monthy staff"? Q2: How to promote the scheme to the staff? 第三部分大概就这样哈，祝大家好运。
