1. 简介
2. 特点
BK5863N是一款应用于ETC系统的低功耗SOC芯片,能够为客户开发快速低成本的ETC
系统提供单芯片解决方案。BK5863N芯片内部集成ARM9处理器、非接触射频卡的读卡器、
5.8GHz的RF Transceiver、太阳能充电管理电路、音频输出、温度传感器、Flash、UART、
SPI、I2C、DES等。ARM系统最高能够运行于32MHz时钟频率,能够满足大部分ETC系统的
软件需求;支持标准JTAG调试,方便软件的开发;读卡器符合ISO 14443A国际标准,支持
106kbps、212kbps、424kbps和848kbps通信速率;5.8G RF满足国标要求。
