51 单片机 GPS 开发板 GPS 是电子爱好者非常热衷的一个话题,GPS 在民用,军用,航海航天领域都有广泛的应 用。许多登山户外活动爱好者也都配备有 GPS 设备,用于野外导航。GPS 模块的价格越来越平民 化,让越来越多的产品嵌入了 GPS 模块,电子爱好者学习研究 GPS 模块也不再是奢侈的事。我们 配备的 GPS 模块是 GS-89m-J 该模块是由韩国生产,采用的 MTK 芯片组,在功耗,价格,体积上 都有相当的优势,采用的是 30PIN 贴片封装。 51 单片机 GPS 开发板,可以通过液晶屏实时显示 GPS 数据信息:卫星时间、经度、纬度、 海拔高度等相关信息,开发板提供了 12864 液晶和 TFT 彩屏接口。开发板采用贴片元件设计工艺, 供电可以使用外接电源或 USB 线缆供电,方便笔记本用户,以便到室外调试,用笔记本或上网本 插个 USB 线就可以供电了,同时,开发板提供了 RS232 外部串行通信接口,可以通过 PC 机对开发 板芯片进行在线烧写,同时,板上设有通信模式切换跳线,可以设置成 3 种串口通信模式,分别 为:PC 机--GPS 模块;PC 机--51 单片机;51 单片机--GPS 模块,即三者之间两两通信。 对于开 发板使用的元件全部为贴片优质器件,电解电容使用钽电容,价格昂贵,性能稳定,质量可靠。 单片机 GPS 开发板硬件原理: GPS 开发板完整的电路图共由 7 部分单元电路组成,分别是稳压电路,单片机最小系统 电路,显示电路,MAX232 电平转换电路,AT89S 系列单片机 ISP 下载口电路,通信跳线设置电路, GPS 模块外围电路。稳压电路给开发板提供 5V VCC 电源电压;由 51 单片机芯片,单片机振荡电 路和单片机复位电路组成了单片机最小系统电路;12864 液晶接口和 TFT 彩屏接口组成了显示电 路;MAX232 芯片及外转电路组成了 RS232-TTL 电平转换电路,它也是我们的串口 ISP 下载电路, 这样我们就可以通过串口给板载的 STC89C51 芯片实现 ISP 在线下载程序,无需使用编程器,非常 方便。J5 为 10 芯标准 ISP 下载口;J6—J11 为串口通信模式设置跳线;U4 为 GPS 模块,它的外 转电路很简单,由几个电阻、电容、电池、发光管组成。 GPS 模组可以直接采用电平转换电路 max232,将模块的串口和 PC 机的串口连接,用 PC 机 串口调试工具和 GPS 模块调试软件监控模块输出的数据,注意:模块的默认波特率为 4800,PC 机串口波特率必须设置成 4800。如果没有接 GPS 天线或收不到卫星信号。模组上的 LED 灯一直常 亮,如果收到有效的卫星信号 LED 开始闪烁。GPS 数据格式支持 NMEA0183 V 3.01 数据协议。 接下来,我们着重介绍一下开发板的 GPS 模块电路与数据解析原理,关于其它电路的原 理,相信单片机爱好者都已经有所了解了。这里不再赘述。U4 为 GPS 模块,4 脚和 5 脚分别为串 口接收和发送脚,GPS 卫星接收下来的数据就是通过这两个脚输出的,我们到时候也是从这两个 共 16页 第 1页
脚来解析数据,获得地理信息。这两个脚可以与单片机的接收和发送脚相连,也可以通过 MAX232 电平转换后和 PC 机的串口相连。发光管 D3 为 GPS 模块的工作指示灯,通电常亮,接收到卫星开 始闪烁,我们通过 LED 灯可以来判断 GPS 模块的当前工作状态。GPS 模块的第 22 脚经过电阻 R6 与 单片机的 P1.0 口相连,这是外部复位输入,模块内部有复位电路,提供复位信号。21 脚为外置 电池输入端,由 3V 的扭扣电池供电,由于 GPS 模块从卫星上收到的数据量很大,它要进行大量计 算工作,因此,一些数据要进行保存,所以我们得给模块提供电池电源。1 脚为 VCC 电压,电源 电压为 5V,和单片机供电电压一样。17 脚为外置 GPS 天线的输入口,开发板配的是 3 米的外置 GPS 天线,可以让使用者在室内进行实验,把天线拖在窗外即可接收。 下面是我们进行实测的部分照片: 这是我们的 GPS 开发板插上 12864 液晶显示屏的样子,板子右下角插上 GPS 外置天线。 共 16页 第 2页

之后,出现授时、海拔字样,这时候 GPS 数据还没有从卫星上获取,GPS 开机的过程是需要一定 时间的,一般需要几十秒的样子,具体看信号环境。 过一段时间后,屏幕出现 GPS 接收的卫星数据,刚开始数据不稳定,是会跳变的,过一会会稳定 些。 共 16页 第 4页
