在本安全守则中 安全注意事项按等级分为 危险

表示错误操作可能引起灾难性后果 死亡或重伤
表示错误操作可能使操作人员身体受到中等伤害或轻伤 还可能使设备损坏
另外 记载有 注意的事项 根据情况不同 也可能导致严重的后果 所以两级守则都是重要的内容
一定都要遵守

设计上的注意事项
危险
为了防止发生外部电源的异常和PLC装置本体的故障 保证系统整体安全运行 需在PLC装置的外
部设计安全电路 以避免由于误输出和误动作而引发的事故
1 在PLC装置的外部构筑电路 包括紧急停止电路 保护电路 正转/反转等相反动作的互锁电路 为
防止机械损坏而限定上限/下限位置的互锁电路等
2 PLC装置如检查出以下的异常状态 a 的场合则停止运算全部输出OFF
b 的场合则停止运
算 根据参数设置保持或OFF全部输出
a 电源模块的过电流保护装置和过电压保护装置工作时
b PLC装置CPU中依靠自我诊断功能检查出WDT故障等时
另外 在PLC装置CPU中不能检查出的输入输出控制部分等发生异常时 全部输出ON 此时 为使
设备安全工作 需在PLC装置的外部构筑故障保护电路 设计相应机构 关于故障保护电路的例子
请参照本手册的 安装和设置
3 输出模块的继电器 晶体管等发生故障时 会可能导致输出信号一直保持ON不变或一直保持OFF
不变 对于会引发重大事故的输出信号 需要设计外部监视电路

设计中的注意事项
危险
在输出模块中 由于负载电流超过额定电流或负载短路等原因引起的过电流长时间持续流通时 有
冒烟 起火的危险 需在外部设计熔断器等安全电路
电路要设计成打开PLC装置本体的电源后才能打开外部供给电源 如先打开外部供给电源 会有因
为错误操作导致事故的危险
关于数据连接通讯异常时的各局的工作状态 请参照各数据连接的手册
会有因为错误输出 错误操作而引起事故的危险
CPU模块上连接外围设备 智能功能模块上连接计算机等,在对运行中的PLC装置进行控制 数据变
更 时,为了保证系统整体时常安全工作,需在程序编制上构筑互锁电路
另外 在对运行中的PLC装置进行其他控制 程序变更 运行状态变更 状态控制 时 请熟读
本手册 确认十分安全后才操作
特别是从外部设备对远端的PLC装置进行以上控制时 有时会因为数据通讯异常而造成不能立即对
PLC装置的故障做出反应的情况
在顺控程序上采用互锁电路 并在外部设备和PLC装置CPU之间采用发生数据通讯异常时的系统处
理方法
注意
控制线和通讯电缆 不要和主电路和动力线等束在一起或相邻排线 按标准间隔在100mm以上
噪声会导致误动作
用输出模块控制指示灯负载 灯丝 电磁阀等时 因为在输出由OFF变为ON瞬间会有大电流 达平
常的10倍 流过 需采取更换模块使得额定电流留有余量等措施

安装时的注意事项
注意
请在本手册中记载的一般标准的环境下使用PLC装置
如果在一般标准范围以外的环境使用的话 会导致触电 火灾 错误操作 产品损坏或者老化
按下模块下部的安装压杆 使模块的固定突起牢靠插入基板的固定孔 模块没有正确安装的话 会
导致错误动作 故障和模块脱落
如果在振动频繁的环境下使用 请用螺钉固定模块
螺钉的固定 请在规定扭矩范围下进行
螺钉固定过松 会导致脱落 短路 错误操作
螺钉固定过紧 造成螺钉和模块损坏 也会导致脱落 短路 错误操作
将扩展电缆牢靠安装在基板的模块连接器上
安装好后 加以确认
如有接触不良 会导致错误输入 输出
模块的安装拆卸 一定要在外部电源全部切断以后才能进行
如果没有全相切断 可能导致产品损坏
请不要直接接触模块的导电部分
否则,会导致模块的错误操作和故障
接线时的注意事项

接线等作业 一定要在外部电源全部切断后才能进行
如果没有全相切断 会有触电或产品损坏的危险
接线结束后 要通电 运行时 一定要安装上产品附属的端子盖
没有安装端子盖的话 会有触电的危险

接线时的注意事项
注意
FG端子和LG端子,一定要用PLC装置专用的D类 第三种接地 以上的接地方式接地
否则 会有触电 错误操作的危险
对模块进行接线时 请先确认产品的额定电压和端子排列
如电源和额定电压不符 或接线错误 可能导致火灾 故障
外部接线用的连接器 请用生产厂商指定的工具进行正确的压接或锡焊
如果接线不良 可能导致短路 火灾 错误操作
端子螺钉的紧固 请在规定扭矩范围下进行
端子螺钉的紧固过松 可能导致短路 火灾 错误操作
端子螺钉的紧固过紧 会造成螺钉或模块破损 导致脱落 短路 错误操作
注意不要让切屑 线头等异物混入模块内
否则 可能导致火灾 短路 错误操作
对模块接线时 为了防止线头等异物进入模块内部 在模块上部贴有防止进入的标签
在接线时 请不要揭下本标签
系统运行时 由于散热的需要 一定要揭下本标签
运行 保养时的注意事项
危险
通电时 请不要触摸端子
否则 可能导致触电
正确连接电池 不得进行充电 拆卸 加热 投入火中 短路 焊接等操作
如果电池接线错误 会引起发热 破裂 冒火 导致短路和火灾
进行清扫或拧紧端子螺钉 模块安装螺钉之前 一定要先切断外部电源的所有相
如果不全部切断 会有触电的危险
端子螺钉拧得过松 可能导致短路 错误操作
螺钉的拧得过紧 会造成螺钉或模块破损 导致脱落 短路 错误操作

运行 保养时的注意事项
注意
进行运行中的CPU和外围设备连接的在线操作 特别是程序变更 强制输出 运行状态变更 请
先熟读手册 确认十分安全后才能进行
否则可能因为操作失败而导致设备破损或引起事故
不要对各模块进行拆卸 改装
否则 可能导致故障 误动作 短路 火灾
使用移动电话 PHS等无线通讯设备时 请离开PLC装置25cm以上
否则 可能导致误动作
模块的安装拆卸 一定要在外部电源全相切断后才能进行
如果没有全相切断 可能导致模块的故障或误动作
废弃时的注意事项
产品废弃时 请按工业废品处理
